How does registration work for this event?
As this is the first year of CRA Connect, the process is being rolled out in phases:
- Travel & Accommodation Commitment (Now – April 30, 2026)
Attendees must commit to CRA’s travel and accommodation booking options by April 30, 2026.
- Conference & Guest Packages & Early Bird Registration (Starting July 1, 2026)
Conference packages, including pricing and program details, will be released on July 1, 2026, along with an early bird rate.
What does it mean to “commit” by April 30?
By April 30, you are committing to:
- Attending CRA Connect: Punta Cana 2027, and
- Booking your travel and accommodations through CRA’s designated process and dedicated travel agent
This helps CRA finalize planning and ensures the success of this inaugural event.
Will CRA provide travel assistance or booking options?

Do I need a passport to attend?
Yes. A valid passport is required for international travel to the Dominican Republic. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes. CRA strongly recommends that all attendees purchase travel insurance to cover trip interruption, medical expenses, and unforeseen circumstances.
Can I use travel points when booking the trip?
When booking group travel, you cannot book with trip with points, however you will earn points on your booking.
