With over 16 years of direct rental business with Finning and the Cat Rental Store and other industrial equipment background, and with 9 years as a safety professional / senior manager serving the Equipment Rental and Repair industry. Tim works hard to ensure the safety and systems are working to protect both workers and the customers. Tim has contributed outside the corporate workplace as a Chamber of Commerce Past president and board member, has sat on the board of a local semi-private school, has contributed to the American Rental Association Risk management committee as a board member, and was directly involved with the inception of the ARA’s Professional Driver Improvement program to standardize driver training for the rental industry and he has contributed to industry standards improvement for AWP and Forklift. Tim has his roots in Alberta, and in the rental industry.

James Morden is the owner and president of Rentshop in Alliston, Ontario. He is a second-generation rental owner. He took over the business in 2006 from his father, Paul, who started the business in 1985. Rentshop has a single location, employing eight people. The inventory is 50 percent construction and 50 percent general tool. The company joined the ARA and CRA in 1986. As Region Ten Director, James sits on the CRA National Board and the ARA National as a liaison between the two associations.

Jeremy has been with Prairieland Rental and Sales since 2009. The company was founded in 1986 and was purchased by his father Keith Andrews in 1998. The company originally joined CRA in 1987 and has been a member ever since. With seven full time plus numerous seasonal employees, they are a single location party and equipment rental store serving Regina and area.

Kelly Dwyer works for C&T Rentals & Sales in Winnipeg, MB. She is part of the second generation in the C&T family and started in her fathers company after completing her Business Administrative Diploma from Red River College. Over the years her experience and responsibilities in the company have grown and she is now the Branch Manager of one of their three locations located in Winnipeg. Her past jobs in the company include Office Manager and Accounts Receivable Administrator. She is a COR Registered Safety Auditor and sits on C&T's Health and Safety Committee. Kelly has also sat on the Construction/Industrial Services & General Tool Shared Interest Group for the American Rental Association.

Colin is partner and president of A World of Rentals Inc. in Kingston, Ontario. He and his brother Chris grew up in their family’s paint and decorating retail store, which offered equipment rentals to the decorating industry (paint sprayers, floor sanders etc). They went on their own and opened A World of Rentals Inc. in 1998. The company joined ARA and the Canadian Rental Association right away.

Pierre-Shawn is the President of Atelier de location Turbo Inc. in Montréal, Quebec. He progressed within the company alongside his father and mentor, Jean-Marc Turcotte, founder of the company and ex-President of the CRA. Location Turbo is in business since 1980. It offers a wide range of services in construction tools and equipment rentals to contractors and private individuals. As a teenager, Pierre-Shawn participated in many events organized by the Association and became his father’s right-hand man to help the company stand apart from competition. For more than 20 years, Pierre-Shawn has demonstrated a firm interest in the industry and wishes to take this opportunity to forge linguistic alliances and ensure the growth of our industry.

Dan has worked in the rental industry for 10 years with Hewitt – The CAT Rental Store, currently as Branch Manager at the Antigonish, NS location. Dan has been very active with the Atlantic chapter of the Canadian Rental Association, serving as Vice-President, President, and currently Atlantic Director. Dan has attended the ARA’s Leadership Conference in Chicago, as well as several of the ARA’s Rental Shows, and strives to bring the most of these experiences back to the Atlantic Region.

John is the Manager of Commercial Client Service at Western Financial Group. He is responsible for the oversight of the commercial service department, and works closely with sales, underwriting, and marketing relating to Western Financial Group’s commercial insurance products across Canada. As Insurance Director of the Canadian Rental Association, John oversees service processes, and ongoing monitoring of overall client satisfaction and business retention.
